We accept papers on any topic that would make a reasonable person say "why would anyone study that?" This is our sole editorial criterion.

Please include: a description of the phenomenon, how many times you have observed it, and whether it made you go "hmm." Photographs welcome but not required. Drawings on napkins acceptable.
